THE BUI DAM IS 92% COMPLETE

GNA says the Hydro power at Bui in the Brong Ahafo Region of Ghana is 92% complete. I think this is indeed great news for the country as shortage of electricity supply has been on the rise recently. The project will be on stream by the end of the month. hmm I doubt that cos I live in Ghana therefore I know what it means to give promises. Notwithstanding, it's a great achievement.

This will be an awesome achievement for Ghana!  Congratulations to u Ghana government. But my fear is that, its Chinese constructing it. Are we safe?


Vice president Dr. E. Arthur says the two other on-going power generation plants in other parts of the country would be completed by the end of the year. My problem is, you should concentrate on this current project and wait till the other projects are completed before talking about them. You know Ghanaians, we talk, never satisfied and we quickly forget good things that happen to us. If you keep talking about the other projects, trust me, Ghana will be on your neck for saying something that has not yet materialised.
